C4 detonates some but not all of payload if downed during staggered detonation

Maybe working as intended, but if you essentially suicide bomb a tank, you'll press the detonator, 1 c4 will go off, kill you, and your other 3 will not detonate. This is because of the staggered detonation effect. I believe it is an unintended gameplay consequence that the staggered detonation of c4 actually results in your whole payload not detonating after the signal was successfully sent by your detonator.

I am aware in that in past games due to the delay of detonator, you'd sometimes press it, die, and your c4 would not go off. That's fine. In this case, it's very frustrating to see some but not all of your payload go after a successful detonation just because you were downed.
