Whenever I launch the BF6 Beta through Steam, I get the error pictured below. This persists between PC reboots, game reinstalls, and verifying game integrity. I went through all of the standard troubleshooting steps with EA support through live chat and none of it resolved the issue.
Of note, when I launch the game through the EA App, I have no issues connecting to the servers and playing the Beta. As such, this is likely not an issue with my PC, but something going on in the backend of my account. I have already unlinked and relinked my EA and Steam accounts, per the EA support agent's request.

CONNECTION FAILED
Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Pleas see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.
In short, I cannot connect to the EA servers when launching through Steam, but I encounter no issues when using the EA App. The issue is persistent beyond basic troubleshooting. This appears to be an issue on the back end with my EA account, please advise.
