Can't capture on Xbox—how do we report bugs? Is testing meant for reporting?

If I can't screen capture on Xbox how can I report bugs/issues accurately? And are we testing this in hopes of reporting issues?

    We're not supposed to record our play, but when you go to report a problem it asks for proof like image or video? How are we supposed to do this?
