This actually worked for me. My DNS was manual and after set to Automatic I got 3 games in with no interruptions. So I don't know if that was it or not. It seems that you are right, the anti-cheat just kicks you if it cant check.
So I have tried various troubleshooting methods to correct this issue, all of which are noted in the below forum post which I now no longer have access to, but I have hit a wall and do not know what else to try.
This issue has been occurring for me and I have already done the following to no success:
Reset router and restarted computer
Changed DNS from automatic to manual, then back to automatic (was automatic to begin with)
Adjusted "Start" in registry editor to 3
Disabled all other programs and unplugged everything but mouse and keyboard
Disabled AT&T firewalls and computer firewalls
Changed DNS to 1111-1001
Changed DNS to 8888-1111 (this worked for 4 games Thursday 8/14 but the issues returned the next day
Does anyone have any other solutions that may work? I am very concerned that this issue will continue after the game officially launches in October, and I really do not want to spend $70 for a game that I will disconnect from every 5 to 10 minutes.
