    FOR ALL WHO HAVE CPU FPS PROBLEM. I UNINSTAL NVIDA DRIVERS 580.88 THEN INSTAL 577.00. PROBLEM SOLVED. 120 FPS WITHOUT DROPS.

Bro, I have the same issue. I start game with 160-170 fps, after I wait or gameplay my fps drop for 120 and lower for 30 it feels so bad 

specs 7800x3d rtx 2080
