    FOR ALL WHO HAVE CPU FPS PROBLEM. I UNINSTAL NVIDA DRIVERS 580.88 THEN INSTAL 577.00. PROBLEM SOLVED. 120 FPS WITHOUT DROPS.

Even if this solution worked I recommend uninstall drivers by DDU, next install 577. Thats works even better, coz ddu clear all registers and shraders cache.
