Crashing between mat hes

Xbox series X, gets stuck on the matchmaking screen when one game ends. Can use all the loaded tabs and menu fine, sometimes can quit, sometimes nothing and have to close the game and reload. 

Doesn't happen every game, but about 2/3rds of the time. Only settings changed were disabling crossplay.
