Deaths not counted? And inability to leave game

I just played a game where I definitely died a few times, but I was overall doing well. So once I went to check the score board I saw that i was like 15 and 0. But like I said I had definitely died a few times. Im not sure if some deaths dont count or if there is a way to offset them, or if this is a bug.

Then I played a game right after, joined in a game thats losing bad and after a few min I decided to leave, but the exit game button would just freeze the screen for a second and then do nothing. I tried to exit the game a few times and ultimately just had to close it with task manager.
