Defib Bug

Defibrillator not always working to revive. Team mate is down, bleeding out and multiple times the defibrillator doesn’t revive them. I can be sat on top of the downed player pressing the defib numerous times and it doesn’t get them up, or gets them up but only after a lot of shocks.
