Double NAT causing connection issues

Due to how my ISP has my internet set up I have a double NAT connection that looks like its causing issues connecting to the game.  When I connect via my internet I get the error but mobile hot spot has no issues.

Extremely disappointing as I cannot adjust how my ISP has this set up and mobile hot spot is not great service
