Downed after match ended (BUG)

Hello, i´d like to report a bug. I was playing rush and the game was almost finished, attacking team had one last ticket. Someone killed me and as i was holding space button to release and not wait for the medic, the game ended but i was stucked in the game. No post-match screen, just blured visuals vhile still downed, everything was like paused, but I could look around.

Just to let you know about it. Didnt find anyone posting about this.
