Got had an similar error, not the exact same one, (GTX1070, AMD Ryzen7 3700X) for me it worked to restart my pc, reinstall the latest graphicscar-driver and after this repair your game via the ea launcher. It downloaded 53mb and since that I can play again.
I accidentally found out a solution yesterday - have a friend who doesn't have this problem create a party and invite you to his party. Then when he starts the game, you get the "stopwatch" indicating that the matchmaker is searching for a game.
During that time, DO NOT join the lobby or it will crash again. Just leave it like that and the game will start.
So basically, this error pops up when you try to enter the lobby for some reason (the screen where your soldier is sitting and you can add other players by clicking on the "+" buttons).
