Dying behind cover (TTD / netcode desync)

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Peek and fire.
2) Return fully behind solid cover.
3) Death occurs behind cover; killcam shows hits after LOS was broken.
Expected Result:
Server reconciliation prevents death once behind solid cover.
Actual Result:
Late hit registration (~200–400 ms perceived) causes death behind cover, especially noticeable when moving fast around corners.
