Dynamic Mini Map doesn't work

Yesterday i disabled and enabled the Dynamic Mini Map function. And now its broken and static.
The Mini map doesn't move along with where i am watching which makes it harder to understand where you are going or where the enemies are shooting from.

Restarting the game, or enabling and disabling the function doesn't solve the issue.
