EA account login (verification codes)

Good evening,

I purchased the BATTLEFIELD 6 Phantom Edition and unfortunately was not able to play because I was unable to login to my EA account because the authentication emails were not getting through to my email. It’s to my understanding that hundreds of people were having the same issue. The queue to for EA sport was HOURS long. There was no way to get notified once you were finally connected to support, so staying up into the LATE PM and EARLY AM was the only options and that simply is unacceptable.

Part of the reason I purchased the Phantom Edition was for the early access in the open beta, but I clearly missed that opportunity because of the long queue’s and technical difficulties on EA’s end. 

I feel, there should be some sort of make rights to those who experienced these  issues.
