EA Account Not Properly Sync with playstation account.???

During the Open Beta when I got my Early Access key which went through but when trying to access it on PlayStation I dint have any early access so I logged into my ea account thinking ""surely my account is linked, i play other BF games and even play Ea games connected to my psn account, what's going on here " I said to my self. 

Upon looking everything seemed fined on my end my account is linked .my twitch is linked "hmm" I pondered for a bit. So I filled in the help me form with my account, explaining what's hsppened.

3 days later, an email with case number and  a response saying " Solved". I thought to myself ", What's been solved? Where is the solved solution? No response explaining how it's been solved or anything, just "solved " that's strange." I said to myself. Like what?? So I'm now left in the dark with a BS bot reply. I'm sorry to say that, but that's the truth.
