yep im getting the same thing except (9). I've tried verifying game files on steam and repairing on EA app, repairing anticheat in the installer, uninstalling and reinstalling using the installer, delete and redownload the game, update windows, update gpu driver, literally nothing is working. I even checked to see if I was banned but I have no ban history at all. I only found out the other day about secure boot, and as i was going through the steps checking all the settings, everything was already correct meaning secure boot was already enabled.
I first got this issue a couple of weeks ago when I downloaded battlefield 1 cause its been a while since I played. I've tried literally everything over the last couple of weeks but not a **bleep** thing is working, and what's pissing me off even more is I was playing battlefield 1 earlier this year with no issues at all. After I gave up with battlefield 1 I thought I'd try to download V to see if it would work, and that's when I got the error again except with V it was (11).
Apparently formatting the pc will fix it but I'm not willing to sacrifice all of my files just to play lol
