EA, why did you ban me from Battlefield 6?

They refused to unblock me twice, I did the same the first time, now they are saying I violated the user agreement

I didn't do anything, just played normally, but I was still banned. I didn't cheat, nor did I use any bugs. Look at how many people were on the roof and how many were on the mountain during the second week of testing. I didn't do anything, but I was still banned.

Why would EA ban people for no reason if not breaking the rules? 🙂

Same thing happend in my account,and I have ps5,yesteday I found my account has be banned,My account was registered in 2010, over 15 years,and I swear I did not use any cheating software, which is inexplicable. EA ban system must have gone wrong!

We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.

You break our rules section6 if you:
• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.

I received it too, and I will keep appealing. I need an answer. There is no punishment for real cheaters, but I was banned. I can't accept it.

This exact thing happened to me, and they declined my appeal.

I received this email this morning, with no other context to how i was "cheating". I've played every battlefield game and been sub par at every single one, the beta being no different. I would love to have this "evidence" that they have of me cheating or what flagged my account because thats complete BS. It's a shame but i'm not dumping any money into a game where the anti cheat is falsely flagging accounts left and right.
