Frame generation issue

Description of Issue:
When the FSR Frame Generation beta feature is enabled in Battlefield 6, the game experiences significant stuttering, input lag, and frame pacing problems, rendering it unplayable. Conversely, activating the Frame Generation Fluid Motion Frames feature through the AMD Adrenalin driver maintains stable and smooth gameplay. This indicates that the issue may stem from the in-game implementation, as the driver-level feature operates without complications.

System Specs:
OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
Motherboard: ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4
BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc. P1.00 2018-08-27
Processor: Intel Core i5-9600K 3.70 GHz (6 cores, 6 threads)
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 (31.9 GB usable)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800
Secure Boot: Enabled
Virtualization: Enabled

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Battlefield 6 Beta.
2. Enable FSR Frame Generation in the in-game graphics settings.
3. Observe stuttering, poor responsiveness, and frame pacing issues.
4. Disable in-game frame generation and enable the AMD Adrenalin Fluid Motion Frames driver-level frame generation.
5. Note that performance is stable and smooth with the driver-level feature.

Expected Result:
The in-game FSR Frame Generation should provide smooth gameplay that is comparable to the AMD driver Frame Generation.

Actual Result:
The in-game Frame Generation leads to significant performance issues, making the game unplayable, while the driver-level Frame Generation functions correctly.
