Fullscreen Mode Requires Double Alt+Enter to Work Properly
Issue Description:
Fullscreen mode is not functioning properly on my current system. To achieve proper fullscreen, I need to press Alt+Enter, which initially reduces the game to a small window, and then press Alt+Enter again to enter fullscreen.
It is also important to note that this is the only method to activate AMD Adrenalin driver-level Frame Generation (Fluid Motion Frames), as that feature necessitates fullscreen mode to operate.
