Game broke

While playing on the fallout combat closed weapon playlist after a new match started on liberation peak I lost all ambient audio and music. Gun fire vehicle fire flares and other player caused sounds still present but all other sounds gone. In addition I couldn't see player models but could still see their weapon but could not see my weapon or look down my scope when aimed down site. When I attempted to leave to main menu It would take me back to the spawn screen.
