Game crashes after selecting a gamemode

As the title says. I log in the game -> click any gamemode (conquest, breakthrough etc.) -> game freezes for 2-3 sec then crashes.I tried every setting (low, medium etc.), tried following fixes on yt, nothing works. I have an rx 5500 xt 8gb, 16 gb ram, ryzen 5 3500x , i know these aren't the best specs but still i should be able to at least get into a match...

    same problem, if you know how to fix tell me pls. I tried to turn off antivirus and run the game as an administrator, but it also didn't help me.

    my configuration is ryzen 7950x3d, 4080 super (16gb), 64 gb ram

    I gave up on the game, i literally have 3 hrs in game trying to fix it. Not worth my time

    if you use steam version of the game, try to open it in ea play, it helped me
