Game crashes when I alt tab

Everything works fine for me but I cannot get back into the game if I alt tab. The game freezes up and my whole pc is just frozen after that. Force restart is needed in order to play again. I have a 5070 and CPU i9 12th gen whom are holding up fine while playing.

    Same issue, got 5070 aswell and noticed high performance spikes, so most likely connected with it.
