it worked for me: before entering any match, I turned on the FIRING RANGE, shot a little, and then started the match

Actually, i have come up with a new strategy thats allowed me to actually play more than 1 game in a row without it happening. Though 3 is still my record. (which makes the beta a miserable experience.)
First i used to not press "spacebar" at all while downed but by the end it didn't seem to matter and i could give up if i felt like it, But if someone was about to revive me or anything else happening, Stop pressing any buttons! When i get to the spawn screen i wait several seconds. like 5 at the least (hindsight: Not necessarily this long actually, but only calm clicks and presses.) This is the important part:. And when i choose my spawn spot i do not spam the spawn button (ie. space bar or clickling) I just select a spot and wait for the deploy button to change to show spawning is possible (ie. not greyed out due to there being comba.) And then after the game i leave, or even alt+f4 if the game doesn't let me leave, before the next round starts. If i dont play two games in a row by having the matchmaking start a new game straight after the other, ive managed to avoid this problem slightly better.- Dont spam spacebar or the "deploy" button in spawn screen.
- Dont press spacebar while youre downed. ( Unless fully clear of any potential rez or something, careful with it. )
- Never play two games in a row, leave the match before another starts an then start a new matchmaking.
- If the bug happens and you have to alt+f4 then repair gamefiles before starting.
Edit: Forgot to add. I also set the games graphics to performance mode and all other settings to defaults other than controls, especially the hud settings, i have a feeling adjusting fov might affect this. (again not sure, but this way its worked best for me). Nvidia low latency + boost was fine to turn on as the only change from defaults. Turning on AA immediately cause the bug. (Do this even if you have a 5090, because it happens to anyone, no matter how good your hardware is.)
- Important, almost complete fix, combined with using performance mode. To lower the settings as much as possible i made a user.cfg file, as per someone instructing people having low performance. Its just creating a new notepad file and then saving it as user.cfg and choosing "All files" instead of .txt
sleep 1
PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1
PerfOverlay.DrawGpu 0
PerfOverlay.DrawPixelThroughput 0
PerfOverlay.DrawSim 0
PerfOverlay.FpsDisplayAlpha 240
PerfOverlay.FpsDisplayScale 3
PerfOverlay.FpsDisplayFormat 0
PerfOverlay.FpsDisplayOffsetX -112
PerfOverlay.FpsDisplayOffsetY -48sleep 30
PostProcess.DofMethod 0
PostProcess.DynamicAOEnable 0
WorldRender.LightTileCsPathEnable 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurEnable 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurMaxSampleCount 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurQuality 0
WorldRender.MotionBlurRadialBlurMax 0Simply copy paste that into the text file and then save as user.cfg (all files), then place it in the same folder where the game executable is. after doing this the bug almost never happened again, Im not sure it even ever did happen after that, at least not more than maybe once out of at least 20 games. But i was still stuck with performance mode obviously.
These steps have allowed me to actually play more of the game, I'm too scared to immediately give up the downed phase either because i feel the bug sometimes happens that way too (because you press spacebar while not alive). Basically, everytime im dead or downed i treat the spacebar like it has the monkey pox on it, i dont even touch my keyboard.
(Which is a shame because it makes playing with friends impossible, or such a hassle you have to be really good friends for them to put up with this because of you.! Also a shame if you get a really good squad of randoms that works together and it'd be great to continue playing with them. but you cant... you have to leave the game.)
Sooner or later the spawning can become more difficult because even though the spawn is available. Even though you calmly click once or press space once, you do not spawn. This seems like the first signs that the bug is coming. But you might be able to avoid it till the round ends still, but you start having to click or press the deploy button multiple times to actually spawn. Again even at spawns where there should be nothing stopping you from spawning. Im fully aware you cant spawn on squadmates in combat... But thats the thing, the games instinct is to he spamming that deploy button if that last squad member gets even a second of time not in combat and you might save that push, but this way, you have to wait and you might miss the window, but better that than ruining the whole rest of the match for yourself.

To me it seems like a progressive thing, like a memory leak maybe, for multiple reasons. Like it getting progressively worse when it starts. and it seemingly having "warning signs" that its about to happen. The firsts signs being the need to click or press space bar multiple times to spawn even in completely safe spawns. Also sounds becoming distorted is a sign its getting really bad. It does not depend on you hardware, even though performance mode graphics helps.
EDIT AS OF UPDATE:
Seems nothing has changed.
I just played a few games with no problem following the above guidelines and didnt have a single problem, i decided to check out if i could improve the graphics settings now and DICE had actually fixed it in the patch between betas. But no, it only worked for a while. Even though the actual performance was just as smooth as on performance mode even on med-high settings. (staying away from overloading so still conservative for my system). I only got through almost one game and it happened, even though before it stopped happening almost completely when i followed the above instructions.
TL;DR: they did not fix it in the patch between betas. This makes me highly unlikely to buy the game at 70€, if only way i can play is in performance mode and treating the game with silk gloves so it doesn't get mad at me and bug out., especially when my pc is PLENTY powerful to play ur game on higher settings. This is why i spend over 1k on a GPU? to play performance mode? And then your 70€ on top of that.

Ye thats right, i start doing this shiiii, but u cant avoide the sniper shot to head, after this is insta dead. no revive and still get bugged after this.

Has not happened to me that way yet. And even when it happens when you get revived idk if its because you were pressing something, hence my advice, dont touch the keyboard when you're down.
My record with following the above method is now 5 games in a row without the bug happening. So I've actually started enjoying the beta.
But those matches on that hillside map where the other team is filled with skilled snipers are a nightmare but not because of bugs. Smokes help but not if im the only one using them.
