GPU overheating when playing this game on gaming Laptop

Question

For Battlefield 6 beta my laptop gpu is getting heated too much in under 30 mins of gameplay. It's like 75 degrees Celsius under 30 mins of gameplay only happens when playing battlefield 6 open beta. My laptop is Lenovo LOQ CPU Ryzen 7 7840hs and GPU is RTX 4050. Currently game has GPU overheating issue which may also lead to crashes

Your laptop has an overheating issue (which isn't unusual for gaming laptops). The game doesn't control how high the temperature is, it will only try to compute as fast as the hardware lets it.

Maybe replace the thermal paste? Or buy a cooling pad.
