Help Game Freeze but You can still look around

Same issue here, usually seems fine for a few matches and then eventually starts doing it every match. Have to force close the game in steam and relaunch:

4070/13700K/32gb ram

Going to try rebooting every time and seeing if it lets me play a few full matches before starting to do it again.

Update:
Rebooting after the error and played a match, I got through an entire match without it crashing.
Also want to note that my graphics drivers are fully up to date.
