Hole on Iberian Offensive map & Reload animation bug

On Iberian Offensive, there is a hole in a stairwell outside of C west side. User MeHighChec had the bright idea to make screenshot (which I didn't do), and I had the same issue as them, I fell through the stairs and had to redeploy because you can't do anything down there.

Moreover once again without any video proof, I had an issue where if you canceled a reload animation by throwing a grenade or using a gadget. When you switched back to your weapon and press R again, nothing happens on screen but 2-3 seconds after, you weapon is fully reloaded without having seen the animation, it doesn't go through on screen.
