How to Turn Off Hitmarkers in battlefield 6

I'm having a problem with the hit indicator (Hit marker) In Graphics > Aiming and Indicators, I have everything disabled except the crosshair, and yet the indicator is still there. It only disappears when I turn off the entire HUD. Is there a way to disable it without having to turn off the HUD.
