Inconsistent stutter every 30 sec - 3 minutes

Hi, reporting this as a bug as my system is only experiencing this in this game. Specs and attempted fixes posted below:

Specs:
9800X3D (Fully stable undervolt and static oc, runs at maximum 66c @ 5400Mhz during the game)
Gigabyte Aorus x870e Elite
5090 Rog Astral (Fully stable undervolt and oc)
G.skill 64GB CL30 6000Mhz
Samsung 990 Pro 2TB (1.4TB free space)
HX1200i Corsair PSU
Wired high speed internet

Attempted fixes:
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, removing all files from both locations
Tried EA App alone and on steam (With and without overlay on both)
Custom config file found in this forum, edited to fit my cpu cores/threads
Various different settings ranging from competitive to ultra quality, optimized and game defaults
Nvidia drivers 577.00,580.88 and 580.97, all claiming to be great for this game
Disabled Fullscreen optimizations
Running the game in windowed/fullscreen
Limited FPS to 120, 160, 230, 238
And a few other attempts that I cannot remember at this moment

And some random attemps of fixing it:
Removed any rgb software on my system
Removed ram xmp

Extra notes:
System is debloated with a custom win11 install, zero issues experienced in other games, be it demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077, KCD2, Robocop, Horizon 1&2, Wukong, Starfield and Warzone, or simpler but optimized games like CS2, Doom, Sifu etc.
