Information for developers (anti-cheat)

We ask developers who deal with anti-cheat to tell people that the Riva Tuner Statistic Server software, NZXT, Razer, HWinfo and etc is cheating software.
That's why, I don't understand. Because the cheating software on my PC has never been and will never be. As far as I understand it, the developers don't care about the cries of the souls of those players who did not deserve to ban. Draw conclusions, gentlemen players.

It is not clear how to contact the developers about challenging the ban. There is no information anywhere, and the tools provided in the personal account on the EA website do not work.
