Inivisible hands & primary weapon

Game ran fine and worked well for a few rounds, after redeploying randomly, my hands and primary weapon were invisible, sound seemed off somehow, and some HUD was missing...

Couldnt film on my PC but got a clip from my phone, sorry you can't hear the audio...
