Issue with soldiers voices and commander too.

I have a problem where I can’t hear the soldiers’ voices, shouts, etc. I also can’t hear the commander’s voice. It might sound minor, but it really kills the immersion and makes everything feel flat. I’m not sure what I did. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix? I’ve already restarted the game and the console.
