Lag and Time to Nudge

So i have playing the beta from the first weekend and in the beginning of the beta whenever i played the game ran like i was running in water or soup
and I had the Network graph up and it should the TIme o Nudge at 1800ms 
I have the recommended Spec
3070 ti 8 gigs
AMD Ryzen 9 5900x 12
32 gigs of ram

I found one way the help to make sure my ram speed is correct but this time to nudge seems to be on the Dice side 
Has anyone else having this issue
