Locked out of BF Labs, switched platform for unknown reason
I am posting here in desperation because EA support has been of no help to me so far.
I was selected for BF Labs a few months ago and have done a few tests on PC, including the latest open beta.
However, I have a problem: for some reason, I was switched to the PS5 platform (I even have a confirmation email), even though I never did that and I don't have a PS5. Since then, I've been completely blocked from BF Labs.
I've contacted EA support numerous times and have only received automated responses or people saying they'll transfer me but then ending the chat, which is very frustrating. So far, there have been four different cases and eight different people I've spoken to, all of whom have been unable to help.
I have absolutely no idea why they can't resolve this tiny minor issue. The only real response I've had was to write a message here, so I'm turning to you because I really don't know what else to do.
