Losing almost all health at spawning

Sometimes when I spawn in , I lose like 95% of my health. (You get an indicator of you taking damage)

I can't restore it and it will stay like that until I die.  Not sure that is a cosmetic bug or so.

It is random and I can try to get it on video next time.
