Low CPU Frequency when I enter matches

Whenever I enter a match on any game mode and map, the CPU frequency drops from 3.80 - 4.10 GHz to 2.30 - 2.70 GHz (these frequencies are below the base frequency of my processor). I believe this low CPU frequency is holding back my GPU, causing it to run at around 60 to 70% usage, which significantly reduces the game’s performance.

My specs are:
- CPU: Intel I5 12400F.
- GPU: RX 6700XT 12GB VRAM
- RAM: 32GB 4800 MHz DDR5.
- Turbo settings from processor activated in BIOS already.
