For those who have problems with low FPS on a fairly powerful hardware. Turn on the display of telemetry in the game and pay attention to the CPU and GPU in the upper right corner. You will probably see that your video card can produce 300+ FPS, but the processor somehow does 40-80 FPS or something like that, while sometimes the processor load does not reach even half. I found one interesting pattern. If you are playing through the EA App, if you have the "game overlay" turned on, try to turn it off, if turned off, then on the contrary, try to turn it on. I don't know why, but it raises my CPU FPS from 80 to 180.
MY PC
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700
GPU: RTX 5070 TI
RAM: DDR5 32GB 6000
The load on the processor does not change, it remains at 50-70%, but the FPS increases noticeably. The graphics settings do not change the situation at all. Ultra graphics settings 2k, and minimum 720p increase the FPS by a maximum of 10. It turns out that the problem is either in the EA App, or in the game's use of the processor
