Matchmaking issue PC. Kicked back to main menu after finding a game

This was also an ongoing issue for me in 2042 for a while but it seems to have fixed itself When I boot up into bf 6 and launch a game, its either very rarely puts me into the game, or shows me the ...

Im officially putting this down to an error in the matchmaking.

Im now getting the same issue when trying to find a game on PS5

I have attached a video which shows an example if what happens on both PS5 and PC.

The game does eventually work after a while, but surely I shouldn't have to search for a game 30/40 times over before having the chance of maybe getting into a game.

Any solutions?
