Memory leak issue perhaps?
I’m waiting in the beta queue and I noticed that after a while the game would stutter, stop responding, and then eventually crash while in the queue. I kept having to rejoin at the end of the queue which was annoying, but I decided to try about 3 more times with the same result so I began investigating. I noticed that the RAM/memory usage for the beta client would continuously increase over time and right as usage went to 99% the game crashed. I originally had 32GB ram, then installed more to give myself 48GB and some room to sit and wait in the queue. I suspect a memory leak is the issue. I was also getting errors on Chrome and Brave browsers when trying to load a page while in the queue and the error code it would give me said: “Out of Memory” but I didn’t think to take a picture of this.
The images show the memory usage for the beta client and you can see BF6 is using way more than any other process. There is a 2 min difference between two of the photos so you can see the game using up more RAM over time. I’ve read some other posts where people say the game hovers around 16GB RAM usage for them, so it may be a personal PC issue and not a game issue, however I am highly doubtful.
I will reinstall my AMD drivers just to be sure this isn’t the cause, and if it is I’ll post a reply saying so.

Update & possible solution: I uninstalled from Steam and installed and launched on EA App instead and there is no longer a memory leak. There may be an issue with the Steam version of the beta. So if you're having issues with your game crashing due to high RAM usage/suspected memory leak and you're launching from Steam, try installing and launching from the EA App; it worked for me.
I am now sitting around 3GB RAM usage rather than 20GB and after 15 min of sitting in the lobby screen, it is not increasing. Try the above and check your resource monitor just to be sure the issue didn't persist.
Edit & new solution (thanks to SAAC_Brill): The launcher is likely not the root cause, read the replies in this thread and check if disabling anti-aliasing, upscaling, and/or frame-gen fixes the RAM usage. If not, try the original solution of uninstalling and switching launchers.
