After several tries in the graphic options, I might have found the faulty parameter causing the missing textures.
After a couple of Conquest/Breakthru rounds without any issues I found "Mesh Quality" being the one causing it.
I've set it to Low (you can try Medium also it worked also for me) and the rest to Highest (High or Ultra) and the game is running without issues.
