The closest thing I have found/figured out for a sort of "fix" for this issue is to set my in-game FPS limit to 60 and then turn on nvidias 3x multi framegen. At 2x the stutters/jitters are still very noticeable and at 4x mfg the input lag is unplayable to me. The stutters are still there but are smoothed out quite a bit and makes the game enjoyable enough to play with friends.
