I managed to fix this issue on my end.
My BF6 open beta was installed via steam. What I did:
1. Delete config files in the docs
(Win + R) %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Battlefield 6 Open Beta
I deleted the entire Battlefield 6 Open Beta as well as the Battlefield Labs folder in the Documents directory
2. Turned off steam cloud setting
3. Uninstalled and installed BF6 beta.
(4. Made my gsync fullscreen only, instead of both window and full-screen. No idea if this had anything to do with it)
After doing this mouse input works fine on my end. Not sure if this fix will work for anyone else.
Tried the same steps, uninstalled & installed via EA App and I didn't have a Battlefield Labs folder, didn't fix it.
Booted up Battlefield V just to double check mouse movement in it, it isn't affected by this issue. Don't have 2042 to check in that.
