Mouse input stutters / jitters independent of framerate, controller fine

Hi, running into a weird issue where the mouse input stutters / jitters on a set interval.  Its not framerate related, can replicate it in the firing range at a constant 220fps capped (240hz monitor...

Having the same issue. I'm also playing The Finals as well as BF4 and have 0 issues on those, so it's for sure this game.
