Check for the other 2 requirements for the Anti-cheat from the System Requirements page: VBS and HVCI.

Check System Information for Virtualization-based Security and ensure that it is Running and that it is running with Hypervisor enforced Code Integrity.
Maybe also check for Core Isolation/ Memory Integrity setting in Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > Device Security

Other reasons could be conflicting 3rd party software running in the background.

Could try reinstalling EAAntiCheat/ javelin and setting it to run as administrator:

    1. Run EAAntiCheat.Installer in the folder of the game (for Steam it is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Glacier Events\EAAntiCheat)
    2. Click uninstall
    3. Click repair and select your game folder (for me it was C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Glacier Events\)
    4. Right click EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe, Properties, Compatibility, set Run as Administrator

    Could also try this:

Players may experience a crash on the splash screen without any errors. You need to disable Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) globally or add an exception for bf6event.exe:
    1. Disable globally (requires PC restart)
    2. Open Windows Security → App & browser control → Exploit protection settings – Under System settings, turn Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) Off.
    3. Restart your PC and launch the game again.

I'd add an exception for bf6event.exe instead of disabling it globally.

If it still doesn't work, you could try this workaround if the issue was due to conflicting 3rd party software:
