Not all Squad members loading into matches

Sometimes after a match or starting a match with a squad, not all members are loading into the same match.  Sometimes one person does not load into the match, sometimes it is more than one person.  It does cause some frustrations as everyone then has to back out to menu to re-queue to hopefully get into the same match.  This happens in cross-play squads (squads with members from different platforms) as well as non-cross play squads.
