Not good performance on high end machine

Hi devs,

I have the latest Nvidia drivers and a high end machine, here are my specs:

CPU: 14900ks / RAM: 64Gb 6000Mhz / GPU: RTX 5090 / Two nvmes playing at 1440p 360hz

when I was playing via origin it was low 80s and sometimes below. Swapped over to steam and it was between 120 and 140 which felt horrible. When playing and running around it often did not feel like it was playing at a good performance. 

I am not sure if there is a new Nvidia driver coming or some performance tweaks etc but right now although yes the game is enjoyable, it’s hard to enjoy with such a low FPS, especially on a high end machine. 

I did look at the usage and it was 60% CPU and 50% GPU so not so good. I know it’s not my machine because I’ve played much more demanding games with much higher usage and performance. 

just something to call out and I hope you have fixes etc
