i played this afternoon no issues, this evening I can’t join a game, have loaded in solo, no friends joined up yet, can’t join start any mode as says I’m not party leader, I haven’t joined a party and it says the party leader at bottom of screen is ‘Trailblazer’ I don’t knot a trailblazer and certainly didn’t join their party.
tried closing game and restarting and same issue, simply can’t join any matches.
Mines doing the same thing… any update?
Same thing happened to me. Rebooted the game and it went away.

Same. Then tried to join a friend's party as a work around and got booted out. Back to the 50k+ queue...
Still an issue. I got the early access code, never unlocked the playlist. Waited through 87K player cue for it to only tell me I'm not the party leader. Come on EA, this is basically level stuff from BF3!
I was also having the same issue. Got on Twitch and got a code, got on with a friend and played a single match. Currently trying to play now by myself. When in the lobby, I am the only person in there and it says over my name that I'm the party leader. However, in the top left corner and in the mode selection it says I'm not the party leader. Start counter is going up and I can't sleecy a game mode. Closed the game completely (if you're on PlayStation, go to the home screen > select the game > press start > close game). Came back to a queue of 115k, then the issue was fixed.
