Clearly the developers believe they're exploiting (cheating) as well. Play like everyone else and stop trying to exploit the game to get kills. Your lame argument about getting ladders doesn't make any sense; they aren't giving us a 10000 ft ladder to climb to the center of mountains, or outside the map, or up entire buildings to the roof where you can set up infinite spawns.
I have camped rooftop exploiters (on the ground) and although fun, it's clearly not intended with everything else going on, and the pace of the game.
