Hi,
Im having the same issue on steam.
It seems to be an driver issue (latest) nvidia driver 580.88. My PC crashes with BSOD and Driver Stack overflow. After the driver installation.
The furthest I got in the loading screen was when it asks u to login with ur ea account. And then the whole pc crashes.
Specs i7-14700k and 4080 super with the nvidia driver 580.88.
With the older 576.80 driver the game/pc doesn't crash, but u cannot start/ go further because of the recommendation to install the faulty 580.88 driver...
Pls help

Personally this is a great time to ditch Window 10. Once you're out of support from Microsoft there is no guarantee DICE will allow W10 users to continue to play either since they already require tpm and secure boot as safety precautions due to kernel level detections.
I'm on W11 and had zero issues sitting in the menu for an hour last night poking around at settings. - carsono3116 days agoSeasoned Ace
Clean install of the driver? I would recommend Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) as well...

Hi. Rog Scar with rtx 4090 i9 13989 4 tb ssd, win 11 pro, 32 gb vram. All drivers up to date, win up to date, secure boot enabled. Enters the game, but while messing in the game settings it crashes my pc completely every time. No error no nothing. I played Labs with no issues, and other games as well. Any help?
VCRUNTIME140.dll is a dynamic link library file associated with the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package. It's commonly needed for running applications built using certain versions of Visual Studio. If a program or game throws an error saying "VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found," it usually means that the required Visual C++ Redistributable package is either missing or corrupted on your system. To fix this, you can download and install the appropriate Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package for your system, or reinstall the one you already have.
