perma keybinds

Crouch is always bound to C. i use c to jump and vault when ever i do either of those actions i always crouch. i have unbound all related keys and even tried changing it in the game files c still makes me crouch. another stuck key seems to be X, X is my third ability button(stim on assault), if i have stims to use when i press x it does the intended action but if i am out of stims and i press x it will change my firing mode.  i'm sure there are other keys doing similar things i either don't notice or are on keys i don't have bound anymore.
